Avenue 8

SCOPE

I worked on two experiences for Avenue 8: The Residential Listing Page, and the Residential Listing Map Function.

The goal for them was to create useful pages for both agents and buyers. I created a unique experience for both users, which ultimately aided in Avenue 8 getting $4M in investments in their Series A.

ABOUT

Avenue 8 is a residential brokerage platform that empowers agents to be more entrepreneurial, to close from anywhere, and to keep substantially more of their income.

Residential Listing Page

I created the page interface design for all the residential listings on Avenue 8. The pages include all MLS data in easy to read sections, simple gallery, and custom form options all while pushing users to contact the associated agent.

Residential Listing Map Function

Development of this feature is still in progress, but the prototype of the map function assisted Avenue 8 in getting funding for their Series A round.

FILTER & SEARCH

This simple filter and search component was built based off the sites static breakpoints to help speed up the development process. Working with the backend team, I successfully created an elegant experience that satisfied all the MLS/Google Map data used to create the function.

HOME LISTING MAPBOX

Thinking about what customers are looking for when buying a home, I realized most people want to be able to see the neighborhood and area around their future new home. Most competitors weren't solving this problem. So, I created this mapbox component to allow buyers to really get to know the neighborhood, and streets around the home.
